Applying for New Service! To speed up the process of applying for new service click here and print the application, complete and return to one of our offices along with any lease agreement (if necessary), and the eight digit serial number on your meter. To insure confidentiality, and deter Identity theft, we require our members to present identification when opening a new service with us. We realize this may be an inconvenience, but we simply want to protect our members. If you are a soldier returning home from the field, and come into our office by 2:00 pm, we will connect your service the same day at no additional charge.

Unclaimed Money! Canoochee EMC is required by the State of Georgia to turn over funds due to our members if our members have not taken possession of them in a five year period. The funds are from returns of deposits for service, or capital credits due to our members’ beneficiaries. Our website has a list of members accounts turned over to the State.
